Description
The X45 puck handling conveyors is well suited for handling small, fragile products. The individual product is placed on a standard puck (carrier) through the production line. The pucks are used with a high capacity conveyor system with the possibility to add more bends and can run at a high speed.
The X45e modules allow considerably simplified controls design and easy modification of performance. Integrated RFID functionality makes it easy to control the process and product QA. Based on high-efficiency motor technology, the system energy consumption is substantially lower than for conventional solutions.
The conveyor can be configured with a suitable chain according to the production requirements, e.g. temperature and strength.
