Operation of a bin washer
The entire system is constructed of solid plates and profiles (stainless steel 304) and is placed on adjustable legs. The wash cabinet is easy and quick to clean. The spacious door allows easy access to the inside for internal cleaning. The water tank has a sloping bottom. This ensures that the wash water drains quickly when the water tank is emptied.

The spray arms are equipped with a large number of stainless steel nozzles. At the rear of the cabinet, the pump, spray arm drive and the optional metering pump are housed in an enclosed space. Through removable hatches, this space is easily accessible.

Selectable washing program in the bin washer
The Elpress bin washer ensures a complete and effective washing process of your bin trolleys. Depending on the degree of soiling, the washing program can be set up to a maximum of 30 minutes. The process in the bin washer consists of the main wash program and a rinse program with clean water that rinses the bin trolley and removes detergent. At the end of the process, the bin trolleys are returned outside the machine.
