Innovative and sanitisable design

The open forks and chassis, the watertight compartment protecting the electronic equipment and the IP65 or higher protection lifting controls characterise the hygienic design of the initial lift tippers. The disappearance of folds and creases, together with the continuous weld seams, allow the equipment to be thoroughly cleaned without affecting its operation.

Ergonomics and safety

The ergonomic design of the handle and the existence of the emergency mushroom and operating button on both sides of the chassis allow the operator to handle it easily, reducing efforts during the transport and tipping of the load. In addition, the adjustable funnel and tipping angle allow different types of work to be carried out with different heights of boxes. The automatic anchoring system for entry and exit of eurobins makes this equipment more ergonomic and safe.

Minimum maintenance

All the bearings of the tipper are sealed and lubricated at source. All the joints are ﬁtted with polymer bearings that do not require lubrication. The watertight batteries ﬁtted to this equipment are maintenance-free.
