The electromanual stacker maxi-load Inoxtruck EMS600, is a 100% sanitisable equipment designed for the handling of reels, boxes, change of moulds, tools, etc. in clean rooms of production and packaging lines.
The electronic lifting system minimises manual handling of the load and keeps it at an ergonomic height for handling, minimising effort. In addition, there is the EMS1000 model which can handle loads of up to 1,000 kg.

Innovative and sanitisable design
The fully open chassis, the continuous welding seams, the protected braided lifting cable and its tubular structure make it possible to clean the equipment on a daily basis without affecting its performance, avoiding all types of oxidation thanks to the stainless steel, plastic and polymer materials used.
Ergonomics and safety
The front wheels with brakes make loading and unloading of reels, boxes, etc. a safe operation. In addition, the 2 rollers on the frame prevent all kinds of objects from getting between the tube and the roller and the 2 sensors installed on the frame allow an automatic stop when the trolley reaches its upper or lower stop.
Sturdy and maneuverable trolley
The two ergonomic handles and the reel-type lifting system with multiplying and locking lifting mechanism eases handling.
Multifunctional
The different attachments, customised to the required activity, make possible the lateral and frontal movement of reels, the handling of boxes, the change of format changes, forming molds, etc. of different widths and lengths. In addition, it is possible to purchase several attachments for a single structure thanks to the universal panel.
