Operation of a knife holder washer
EDMR knife holder washers are constructed of solid stainless steel plates and profiles and is placed on adjustable legs. The washing tunnel is equipped with wing doors. If a door is opened during cleaning, the installation stops. Transport of the knife holders is via a plastic transport chain. The wash arches are equipped with a large number of plastic click-nozzles. The EDMR knife holder washers are suitable for knife holders with a maximum size of 380 x 100 x 500 mm (lxwxh).
