A foam cleaning and disinfection unit – how it works
After switching on the unit, the mains water is automatically pressurised. The start-stop system enables the unit to switch on or enter standby automatically when one of the supply points is opened or closed.
The foam cleaning and disinfection system is equipped with a break tank that provides approved backflow protection, which prevents contaminated water from flowing back into the pipes. A dirt trap in the supply line filters the water and prevents unnecessary disruptions.
The proportional dosing system ensures that the chemical is dosed at a constant percentage. The pump recalculates continuously to ensure that the correct amount of chemical is added, depending on the measured water flow. This results in more efficient cleaning and safer use of chemicals.
All units are available with electrically controlled dosing pumps.

Frequency-controlled Grundfos IE5 pump
The unit is equipped with a frequency-controlled Grundfos pump. Depending on the number of simultaneous users, the pump regulates the pressure up to a maximum of 8 bar. The keyword here is efficiency, as the pump only uses the energy needed.
