The adapted motor can operate in extreme cold. It is equipped with a low emission de-icing system and deep-freeze-grade lubrication. The vertical side guides are provided with a self-controlled heating system to guarantee a smooth opening and closing of the curtain.
The C FREEZER 2 has a flexible triple-layer curtain with integrated air mattress (U = 1,97 W/m².K) to reduce conductive temperature loss through the curtain. The sides of the curtain have additional sealing flaps for an enhanced peripheral closing in the vertical side guides. Thanks to this design, no additional sliding door is required for overnight closing.

The Nergeco “Intelligent Curtain” system enhances safety by reducing the risk of injuries and product damage. Its free, flexible, and soft bottom edge can be distorted both vertically and horizontally; if any impact occurs, the door immediately reopens to prevent accidents or further harm.
Constructed with a food grade curtain, the C FREEZER 2 uses materials suitable for food industry applications, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety requirements.
This door offers low maintenance and high durability, thanks to its sturdy multi-composite frame. The unique and patented folding guide of the Trekking Fold-Up technology ensures correct bar-to-bar folding of the curtain, promoting optimal operation and extending the door’s lifespan.
Direct drive technology powers the door with a proven, reliable motor, eliminating the need for chains and reducing maintenance needs. With only five moving parts—the motor, gearbox, limit switch, winding shaft, and rotating sleeve—general wear is minimized for long-lasting performance.
For operational efficiency, the door is designed for uninterrupted production. Even if the door is hit and a stiffener bends, the folding mechanism allows the door to continue functioning without interrupting workflow, ensuring consistent productivity in demanding environments.
