Hygienic Entrances Equipment
Hygienic entrances equipment is essential in industries like food processing, pharmaceuticals, and cleanrooms, where strict hygiene protocols are required to prevent contamination. These systems integrate multiple cleaning and disinfection steps for personnel entering sensitive production areas, ensuring both footwear and hands are thoroughly sanitized before access is granted.
Sole Cleaning and Hand Disinfection
These units simultaneously clean the soles of shoes or boots and disinfect hands, allowing personnel to proceed quickly and efficiently through the hygiene process. Automated brush rollers or disinfection baths are used for soles, while sensor-controlled dispensers provide hand disinfectant, often with a safety turnstile that only unlocks after both steps are completed.
Sole Disinfection and Hand Disinfection
Some systems focus on disinfecting rather than cleaning the soles, using disinfection baths or sprays, combined with automatic hand disinfection units. This ensures rapid and effective reduction of microbial contamination on both footwear and hands.
Sole Cleaning, Hand Disinfection, and Shaft Cleaning
Advanced hygienic entrances can also include shaft cleaning modules, which thoroughly clean the edges and shafts of boots in addition to soles and hands. This is particularly important in environments where boots are worn and contamination risks are higher.
Sole Cleaning/Disinfection, Hand Washing, and Hand Disinfection
Comprehensive hygiene stations may combine sole cleaning or disinfection with a full hand hygiene process—washing, drying, and disinfecting. For example, units like the SANICARE-DYSON allow users to clean or disinfect soles while washing and drying hands, followed by hand disinfection, all in one integrated process.
Sole Cleaning/Disinfection, Hand Washing, Drying, and Disinfect
The most complete units automate the entire hygiene workflow: soles are cleaned or disinfected, hands are washed, dried (often with integrated air dryers), and then disinfected. Sensors ensure efficient use of chemicals and water, and access is controlled by turnstiles that only release after all steps are completed.
Double Units and Hygiene Stations
Double units and modular hygiene stations are designed for high-traffic areas, allowing multiple users to clean and disinfect simultaneously. These stations can be customized with combinations of sole cleaning, hand washing, drying, and disinfection modules, and are often equipped with automated controls and safety features to ensure compliance and efficiency.
