Fillets arrive from the filleting machine on a conveyor, where a 3D camera measures their volume or weight for user-defined grading; a robot then sorts the fillets into reusable boxes, manages automated storage, and delivers both graded and empty boxes to production on demand, with a capacity of up to 170 fillets per minute.

Fillets arrive directly from a filleting machine on a conveyor. A 3D camera measures the volume or weight of the fillets. The fillets are sorted by different grades set by the user. Reusable boxes with different grades go into an automatic storage where a robot stacks the boxes. The robot delivers boxes to the production upon orders. The system also stores empty boxes and delivers them to the grader on demand.
Key benefits:
- Automated volume sizing with robot and a 3D camera.
- Grading into reusable boxes.
- Capacity 170 fillets / minute
Option:
Automated storage of products. Products delivered from storage at demand from production.
